Doc. JUDr. Jan Pauly, CSc.

Jan Pauly has been employed by Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. law office since 2000. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1975 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 05790 since 1996. Within his field of specialisation, Jan provides comprehensive legal services in the area of civil law, commercial law, securities law and capital markets, and jurisprudence. In addition to his legal practice, he is an author of scholarly articles and works as a university professor. From 2012 to 2020, doc. Jan Pauly served as the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
