Dana Šámal Dušková has been employed by Advokátní kancelář Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. since 2011 and she is currently a member of its Corporate Law Team. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2016 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 18809 since 2019. Within her legal practice, she specialises primarily in legal counselling in the area of civil law, copyright and commercial law, focusing on law of obligations, corporate law, unfair competition law and personal data protection (GDPR).
