Mgr. Petr Sailer

Petr Sailer has been employed by Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba since 2010 and he currently heads its Commercial Law Team. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2012 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 16315 since 2015. He specialises in civil and commercial law with a focus on contracts, contractual relationships among entrepreneurs, corporate law including corporate governance and transformation of corporations, acquisition transactions and due diligence, securities and litigation. Petr Sailer also provides consultancy in the area of health law.
